শ্রীসদাশিব কবিরাজ—বড় মহাশয় ।
শ্রীপুরুষোত্তম দাস—তাঁহার তনয় ॥ ৩৮ ॥

Translation
The twenty-third and twenty-fourth prominent devotees of Nityānanda Prabhu were Sadāśiva Kavirāja and his son Puruṣottama dāsa, who was the tenth gopāla.
